In our hotel, we offer a special Turn Down Service in the evening hours to maximize the comfort of our guests. Within the scope of this service, your room is prepared for bed and a peaceful sleep environment is provided for you.
Procedures performed during Turn Down Service:
- Bed Preparation:Bed cover and extra pillows are removed, your duvet is opened. A small chocolate or "Good Night" note is left on your pillow.
- Room Arrangement:Curtains are closed, lighting is dimmed and soft music is set in the room. Linens are cleaned, towels are renewed or arranged, slippers are arranged and a clean bathrobe is placed if necessary.
- Extra Services:If your room has VIP service, this service is refreshed and ice is renewed.
This service is performed by our housekeeping staff in the evening hours. If "Do Not Disturb" If the (DND) card is hung on your door, your room will not be entered. Rooms where Turn Down Service cannot be applied are reported and necessary precautions are taken for guest satisfaction.
